HOUSE CALLS FOR BICYCLES
Long Haul is a full-service mobile bicycle shop, specializing in eBikes. We offer any mechanical service your bike will need, and we try our best to fix any and all electrical issues with your electric assist bicycles. Best of all, we come to you and repair your bicycle on the spot. We have a wide service range, covering over one hundred zip codes in the Twin Cities metro area.
What we work on
We service any brand of e-bikes, even if they are purchased online, as long as they meet all three of the following conditions:
Maximum speed with motor assistance is 28mph or less.
The continuous motor power is 750 watts or less
It is a bicycle or tricycle with pedals (no scooters, dirt-bikes, etc)
Whether the bike has a throttle or not does not matter. We are also happy to work on regular non-electric bicycles. If you have an ebike that does not meet all three of these requirements we do not work on it at all. Also it is not legally a bicycle in MN and cannot be ridden on bicycle trails
For ebikes that meet the above requirements, we can do both mechanical and electrical service on the bike.
If your e-bike is having electrical problems, repairability may depend on the manufacturer support and the availability of replacement parts. If an ebike manufacturer is not able to supply replacement parts, or has gone out of business, then we may not be able to do certain repairs.
